Hoppers Boxing is the complete boxing gym, with over a decade of experience. With an extensive range of training methods and experienced trainers, Hoppers Boxing will have whatever you need.
Over 100 classes a week, spread over the full week, we have a range different class types to choose from. Whether it be strength & conditioning, core, cardio fitness or boxing focused; there's a variety scheduled into different times so you'll never miss out.
PERSONAL 1-on-1 TRAINING
All our trainers are fully qualified and experienced personal trainers. If you are looking for a personal session all trainers can be booked at reception.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Training with family, friends or colleagues can sometimes be the push needed to reach your training goals. If this sounds like you, then we also run small group private sessions, which can be booked at reception.
BOXING TECHNIQUE TRAINING
For anyone looking to refine and develop their boxing technique, specialised ring sessions are also available with selected trainers. There are also some classes designed with an extra focus on technique.
Whilst we are still in the early stages of 'post-COVID' recovery, Hoppers Boxing will continue with our online commitment to members. Regular online Zoom sessions will still be available.
